It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Maddox (Jerome, Idaho), who passed away on September 17, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thane Maddox and Velma Maddox (Lewis); his brothers, Daniel Eugene Maddox and Alan Ray Maddox; and his granddaughter Melissa Sue Davis Perrigan.
He is survived by: his daughter Sheila Perrigan (Michael); and his siblings, Randy L. Maddox (Aileen), Sharon Rasch (Ken) and Susan Bond (Baundi). He is also survived by the many nieces and nephews, with theirs spouses, children, and a growing group of grandchildren.
