He was predeceased by: his parents, Karren Phyllip Boguslawski and Lorna June Kulhanek; and his brother Alan. He is survived by: his wife Linda Adams Struchen; his daughters, Jennifer Struchen and Jessica Struchen; his grandchildren, Riley Van Houten and Reagan Van Houten; his brothers, Marcus (Sandy) and Russell (Mindy); his sister-in-law Kristy Boguslawski; his sisters, Cheri Martin (Russ) and Rachelle Brown (Tom); and his siblings-in-law, Larry Keith (Diane), Loren, Rodney (Colleen), Lyle Adams (Pat) and Kathy Adams. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces that feel Uncle.
