He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Oliver Lowman and Winnie Oleta Blackburn Lowman of Ashland, Kansas.; his sister Elaine Walters; his wives, Gladys Lillian Cook Lowman and Lavora Rue Dean Lowman; his daughter Teresa Marie Lowman Owening; and his grandson Jimmy Leroy Lowman.
He is survived by: his sister Ethel Carter; his girlfriend Lois Winder of Jerome; his children, Wanda Sue Lowman Ernst of Buhl, Jimmy Lowman of Jerome, Cathy Lowman Carroll of Oklahoma and Sally Lowman McViegh of Wisconsin; and his stepchildren, Darla Cunningham of Kuna, Louis Dean of Jerome and Lonny Dean of Washington. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
