She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin H. Mohr and Naomi Rose Mohr (Carskadon); and her brother-in-law Don Nedbalek. She is survived by: her sister Karen Ann; her spouse James Glenn; her children, Heather Dawn and Jeffrey Lane; her spouse Allan "Ted" DeVoe; and her sister Karen Nedbalek. She is also survived by four grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to the Jerome Animal Shelter or the Twin Falls Humane Society in Norma's memory.
