She was predeceased by: her parents, Clete Oakley and Dorothy Florence Black; her former husband Clarence Elwood Jr.; and her children, Tina Marie and Howard Oakley.
She is survived by: her husband Naval; her brother John (Madeline) of Salmon, ID; and her sons, Chuck (Markee) of Ellensburg, WA and Clarence E. (Michelle) of Salmon, Idaho. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, a few great-great grandchildren and numerous step-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations to the Jerome Senior Center or the Jerome Free Will Baptist Church.
