He is survived by: his wife Linda S. Mohr; his sons, Glen Mohr, Danny Mohr, Donnie Mohr, Jim Mohr (Tammy), Gary Cummings (Angela), Tim Cummings (Elizabeth) and Mike Mohr; and his siblings, Robert Mohr (Helen), Jerry Cummings (Betty), Ronnie Cummings (Cecila) and Rosie Prince.
