She is survived by: her former husband Raymond Fouts; her children, Joanne Hulinsky (Ron), Kathy Perme (Steve Owens), Mike Smith (Billie) and Bob Smith (Delores); and her granddaughter Chelsea. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
