He is survived by: his wife Joan Sonnichsen; his children, Julie, Jack Sonnich Nelsen (Emily), Jonathan Fred Nelsen (Debbie) and Janice Lehman (Ken); his siblings, Norma Stone (Mike) and Dr. Theron Nelsen (Darlene); his grandchildren, Logan, Cade (Katie), Annalese Greg, Chris, Matthew Nelsen (Viela), Joanie and John Lehman; and his great grandchildren, Jace, Kayson, Klaire, Beck and Emilia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
