He was predeceased by: his sons, Randy and Scott; his parents, Jake Bell and Flossie Bell; and his brother Robert Bell.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine Toolson; his sibling Falls Temple; his son Jeff Bell (Jaynie) of Idaho Falls; and his sister Jean of Kaysville, UT.. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
