He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Kenneth Rice and Bessie Louise Rice (Rankin). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Rice of Jerome; his sister Louise Marshall (Dick) of Jerome; and his children, Rich Rice of Emmett and Kathy Anderson (Mark) of Meridian, Idaho. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
