He is survived by: his parents, Raymond Addey and Sharon Sherman; his nephew Justin; his siblings, Shawn Short and Rusty Addey; and his parents-in-law, Kim Fultz (Ken), Chris Wageman (Shawna) and Laurie Wageman. He is also survived by his wife, 2 children, 4 grandchildren.
