She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Winegar and Emma Winegar (Meinecke) of Buhl; her husband Loren Neff; her grandson Jessy Muir; and her daughter-in-law Susan Neff.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Gary White; and her children, Lorna White (Gary) of Jerome, Don Neff of Grace and Alicia Muir (Brian) of Wayan, Idaho.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and 4 great, great-grandchildren.
