He is survived by: his wife Vickie Lynne Alder; and his children, Rebecca Lynne Netjes (Shawn), Thomas Daniel Smith (Valerie), Cynthia Jean Iglinski (David), Sarah JoAnn Fencl, Wendel Evan Smith (Amberlee) and Michelle Smith Willis (Spencer).
