With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maurine Steele of Iona, Idaho, born in Tetonia, Idaho, who passed away on August 31, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Vida D. Hanks (Curtis) and Theodore V. Hanks; her husband Jim of Iona; her daughter Kathryn; her siblings, Doyle, Vida Weatherston of Rexburg, ID and Lynn Hanks; and her children, Dale (Sharon) of Tempe, AZ, Paul (Julie) of Iona, ID, Keith (Janette) of West Haven, UT, Steven of Mesa, AZ, Vi Ann Foster (Paul) of Brunswick, GA and Karen Clayson (Jesse) of Ridgecrest, CA. She was also cherished by 15 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
