He was predeceased by: his daughter Abigail. He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his children, Jamie (Clyde), Caleb (Emily), Adam and Andrew; his parents, Paul Millermon and Carol Millermon; his siblings, Kathy, Kristi (Casey), Joel (Ginger), Karen (Mike) and Kim (Andy); his parents-in-law, Larry and Linda Murphy; his brother Lance; and his sister-in-law Nicole. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
