She was predeceased by: her husband Gene C. Millward; her parents, Lester Barratt and Ella Barratt; and her brother James Cleve Barratt. She is survived by: her children, Drew Millward (Micki) of Goddard, Robyn Lloyd (Don) of Blackfoot, Gina Kusnier (Robert), Ronda Barth (David) of Bountiful, Amy Millward, Shawn Millward of Frisco, Gus and Elvis. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren.
