As we bid Cecil Leroy farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Cecil Leroy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his significant other Hanako; and his parents, Otto Girard and Hazel Girard. He is survived by: his daughter Keiko Elkins (Ray) of Madill, OK; and his siblings, Raymond Girard of Inkom, ID and Karen Whitworth of Inkom, ID. He is also survived by three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Inkom Cemetery (3047 N Rapid Creek Rd, Inkom, ID 83245).
