He is survived by: his wife Jill Butikofer Hawkes; his daughters, Heidi Oyola (Tony), Cindy Talbot (Shane), M'Kenzi Jenkins (Blair), Amy Hiatt (Shane) and Betsy Thomas (Darick); and his siblings, Mike Hawkes, Dan Hawkes, Brian Hawkes and Linda Pattee. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
