He is survived by: his wife Alice Beaty of Idaho Falls, ID; his children, Sherline Bjerkvig (John) of Sutherlin, OR, Doug Beaty (Linda) of Idaho Falls, ID, Diana Beaty (Bruce) of Idaho Falls, ID, Marvin Beaty (Susan) of Idaho Falls, ID, Bobby Beaty of Idaho Falls, ID and Leonard Beaty of Idaho Falls, ID; his sisters, Cathy McCune (Al) of Springfield, OR and Lorene Ortega of Creswell, OR; his parents, Jasper Beaty and Ada Beaty; his son Loyd Beaty; and his siblings, Ray Beaty, Willie Beaty, Roy Beaty, Juanita York and Abre Beaty. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren and 6 great great-grandchildren.
