She was predeceased by: her daughter Kenadi Welker; her brother Karl Bybee; and her nephew Jordan Bybee. She is survived by: her parents, Marion Kay Bybee (Penny) and Penny Deanne Bybee (Marion); her husband Reed Welker of Idaho Falls, ID; her children, Keanan Welker of Idaho Falls, ID and Kaybri Welker of Idaho Falls, ID; and her siblings, Brad Bybee (Nicole) of Rexburg, ID, Jayson Bybee (Gabrielle) of Kuna, ID, Shane Bybee (Ivonne) of Kimberly, ID, Nolan Bybee (Jeni) of Rexburg, ID, Brett Bybee (Stephanie) of Kennewik, WA, Bryan Bybee of Rexburg, ID and Kari Eaton (Ben) of Sandy, UT. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Edgemont Ward (2025 Jennie Lee Dr, Idaho Falls, ID 83404).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Wood Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
