He was predeceased by: his parents, James I. Stevens and Agnes M. Stevens. He is survived by: his siblings, Janet Stevens of Bedford, Mike Stevens of Ridgecrest, CA and Mary Ann Stevens of Chelmsford.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate gifts in his memory to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, St. Michael Parish, 90 Concord Road, Bedford, MA 01730.
