He was predeceased by: his parents, Miguel C. Garcia and Otila Peña Garcia. He is survived by: his daughter Andrea Michelle (Ed); his wife Julie Schell Whitehead; his daughter Kelli Marshall (Chris); his sister-in-law Paula Ker; and his grandchildren, Eddie, Joe, Karina, Caitlyn, Kaleigh and Kyle.
