With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Melvin Raymond Swindale of Idaho Falls, Idaho, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 19, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Melvin shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Melvin farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond and Edna; his siblings, Mae and Duane; and his stepson Jeff.
He is survived by: his wife Patti; his children, James and Julie; his brothers, Leonard and Darryl; and his stepchildren, Debra, Cynthia, Mike and Jodi. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
