He was predeceased by: his son Brian Prestwich; and his siblings, Ronald, Keith, Richard and Charla Prestwich.
He is survived by: his spouse Fern LaRue Carter Walker; his daughters, Linda Evans (Edward) of North Bend, WA, Debra Saunders (Mel) of Idaho Falls, ID and Karen Adams of Idaho Falls, ID; and his sister-in-law Carol Prestwich. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and more than 30 great grandchildren.
