In loving memory of Josette Simone Maddison of Idaho Falls, Idaho, who departed this world on April 13, 2025 at the age of 83. Josette leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Josette shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Josette farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Cella and Marthe Cella; and her sisters, Janine Hopkins and Evelyne Armstrong. She is survived by: her husband David Maddison of Idaho Falls, ID; and her children, Christine Mann (Herve) of Springfield, OR, Lisette Maddison of Pullman, WA, Andrew Maddison (Alina) and Samuel Bays (Nikki) of Idaho Falls, ID.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (325 Elm St, Idaho Falls, ID 83402).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society (https://donate.cancer.org), Nature Conservancy, or the Idaho Falls Zoo. Josette supported many causes and donations to any organization done with a cheerful heart will honor her.
