He is survived by: his wife Nellie Poulsen of Idaho Falls, ID; his children, Brian Poulsen (Pam) of Fresno, CA, Guy A. Poulsen, III (Kathy) of Irwin, ID and Terrie Mackley (Dave) of St. George, UT; his siblings, Ray Oakey of Rexburg, ID and Patsy Lemons of Idaho Falls, ID; and also, Guy Alexander Poulsen, Sr. and Elizabeth Davis Kershaw Poulsen. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.
