He is survived by: his wife Lois Baxter of Idaho Falls, ID; his children, Daryl Baxter (Taunja) of Taylorsville, UT, Laura Haroldsen (Stan) of Shelley, ID, Lisa Hong (Todd) of Idaho Falls, ID, Brenda Jackson (Curtis) of Idaho Falls, ID and Gina McEwen (Stewart) of Shelley, ID; and his sister Anne Campbell of Willows, CA. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
