He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie Poulter; and his son Brad Poulter. He is survived by: his children, Jim Poulter of Moore, Brent Poulter (Jenni) of Plano, Craig Poulter of Cottonwood, Cindy Jicha (Tom) of Idaho Falls and Jon Poulter of Las Vegas. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
