He was predeceased by: his parents, Gretchen Stockton and Elwood Stockton; his son Dyer Stockton Jr.; his brothers, Gary Stockton and Randal Stockton; and his parent-in-law Jerry (Jiggs).
He is survived by: his wife Fern Holverson Stockton; and his daughters, Gretchen Stockton Uehling (Jerry), Jessica Stockton Prestwich (Bryen) and Jeanne Isom (Mark). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
