He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Hoffman and Hans Fredrick; and also Clarice Larson. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Mary Hoffman of Idaho Falls; and his children, Roger Dix Hoffman Jr., Christine Crossley of Idaho Falls and Kendra Hoffman of Boise.
