He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Coti Nealis and Vaudis Emma Hammer Nealis; his sister Sis Stoddard; and his daughter Dana Ayala. He is survived by: his wife RosAnn Nealis of Idaho Falls, ID; his children, Ryan Nealis (Monica) of Idaho Falls, ID, Rhett Nealis (Margo) of Emmett, ID, Christine Harris of Idaho Falls, ID and Guy Harris (Sue) of West Valley, UT; and his sister Viola Stoddard (Bobby) of Idaho Falls, ID. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
