She was predeceased by: her parents, Grant Hultz and Virginia Faye Weaver Hultz; her sister Debra Lynn Hultz; her son Christopher Alan Radford; her brother Leslie Hultz; and her granddaughter Christin.
She is survived by: her sister Georgine Hultz of Crescent City, CA; and her children, Jared Radford of Idaho Falls, ID and Lacey Johnson of Idaho Falls, ID. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
