He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret Billman Phillips (Bruce) of Springfield, Edward Billman (Patty), David Billman of Cottage Grove, Richard Billman (Carolyn) of Coos Bay, Kathy Billman of Boise and Alice Cramer of Boise.
