He was predeceased by: his grandson Matthew. He is survived by: his children, Lana and Chad (Kristi); his granddaughter Bailee; his stepgranddaughters, Ashley, Trinity and Peyten; and his siblings, Ellma, Lee, Carma and Bonnie.
