He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Milford Phelps and Donna Phelps (Ethington); his children, Jamie King (Gary) of Greenleaf, ID, Star Priest (Chris) of Idaho Falls, ID, Heath Phelps (Annie) of Halfway, OR and Summer Titus (Greg) of Caldwell, ID.; his siblings, Cherrie, Denise, Denae and Robert; and his grandchildren, Greyson, Quinlynn, Brynann, Rowynn, Sheridyn King, Mia, Lily, Colten Priest, Owen and Hazen Phelps. He was also cherished by his wife and children.
