He was predeceased by: his parents, Phoebe Orr (Kimber) and Eugene Orr. He is survived by: his wife Marie Orr (Fessner); his brother Bert (Melva); and his children, Danita, Wathena, Mike and Dwayne. He is also survived by friends.

Due to the recent surge in COVID-19 cases, Max requested a private family service.
