He is survived by: his wife Maria Salazar; his children, Alicia Tellez (Humberto) of Heyburn, Sammy Salazar (Sandra) of Paul and Kristina Tapia (Salvador); and his siblings, Erasmo Salazar (Ceilio Salazar) of Boise, Mimi and Cecilio. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
