She was predeceased by: her brothers, Ronald Ramsey, Charles Ramsey and Milton Ramsey; and her children, Richard Whitacre and Deborah Rupert.
She is survived by: her former husband Richard Whitacre; her spouse Ermin L. Hall; her children, Louis Whitacre of Tacoma, Allen Whitacre of Orlando, Florida and Lori Houde of Boise; and her siblings, Lester Romney, Janet Dayley and Floy Necessary.
