He is survived by: his parent Lee Ellis; his wife Maria of Heyburn; and his children, Melinda Vorwaller of Burley, Creed Higley (Jolene) of Burley, Cordell Higley of Paul, Nancy Santos (Lyle) of Rupert, Wesley Higley (Holly) of Burley, Wade Higley (Michelle) of Burley, Chad Higley (Nicolle) of Clinton and Travis Higley (Shantel) of Heyburn. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
