He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Huizinga and Ann Huizinga (Boerema). He is survived by: his wife Ann Cueva; his children, Marcy Haynie (Ron), Jim Cueva (Jenny), Carol Gibson (Colin) and Shawna McCaffrey (John); and his siblings, Dick Huizinga (Jan), Bruce Huizinga (Judy) and Marlene Temple (Alvin). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
