She was predeceased by: her parents, George Stromire and Esther Stromire; her brother Gerald Stromire; and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Stromire and Karen Stromire.

She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Stromire (Beth), Randal Gardner (Taneka) and Rick York (Pam); and her brothers, Merlin Stromire and Terry Stromire. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
