She is survived by: her children, Bobbie Neal (Larry), Charles Rice (Sheila), Carrie Rice and Leslie "Ray" Rice (Sandra); her grandchildren, Michael Neal, Sarah, Dustin, Shane, Courtney, Travis, Chandra, CJ Charles John and Brandon; and her stepgrandchildren, Michael, Gina and Stephen. She is also survived by five step great grandchildren.
