He is survived by: his friend Hallmark; his wife Dianne of Hazelton; his children, Chad Thomas of Hazelton and Kaitlyn Dianne; and his siblings, Jennifer Morgan of Midland, Texas., Bonnie Stevens (Ken) of Kimberly, Karen Larson (Tim) of Gooding, Cindy Bullers (Tim) of Gooding, Falls, Intermountain Homecare and Dr. Kelly Anderson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
