He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecil Whiteshield and Helen Whiteshield; his children, William Jr. of Alaska and Ashlie of Billings, Montana; and his siblings, Pamela Sims (Darrell) of Post Falls, Cheryl Shelley of Coeur, Tammie Moore (Vern) of Emida, Anne Pruett (Mark) of Winlock, Washington, Terry Pennington (Heidi) of Smelterville and Richard Nelson of Pinehurst. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
