He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Jacobs (Mary), Dolores Johnson, Linda Ely (Bob) and Gayle Foote (Jim); and his family Bob (family: Ed Smatlan, Dan Burnham, Don Brown, Ralph Nelson, Dale Hickman, Loren Johnson, Steve Peterson, Dexter Yates, Barry Walsborn, Greg Mills, Mike Carper, Bob Friend, Randy Haddock, Bill Cope). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
