He is survived by: his wife Eva; his daughters, Katelynn and Leslee; his parents, Della of Crestwood and Ramon of Monteray; his siblings, Richard (Esther) of Norman, OK, Jack (Alice) of Stouthton, MA, Tom of Tinley Park, IL and Peggy of Chicago, IL.; his parent-in-law Lynn Taylor; his husband Holly VanDuyne; and also, Kathy Taylor and Al VanDuyne.
