He is survived by: his wife Dolores Lewis (Hoffmans); his children, Michele Magnuson (Scott) of Coeur d'Alene, Chris Lewis (Beth Berkshire-Lewis) of Kansas City, Danielle Ganesh (Sathy) of Omaha, Brian Lewis (Heather) of Wichita and Kerri Lewis of Coeur d'Alene; his grandchildren, Sam, Kjirsten, Christopher, John, Blake, Brayden, Eli and Alex; and his siblings, Bill Lewis and Margaret Ann Ayers.
