Karen A. Estes Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen A. Estes of Hayden, Idaho, born in Spokane, Washington, who passed away on June 22, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Somerville and Jean Somerville; and her husband Charley Estes. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Shaddox of Tacoma and Scott Estes (Sara) of Hayden; her grandchildren, Samantha Pilyayev (Ivan) of Coeur d' Alene, Benjamin and Elio; her great grandchild Viktor; her brother Jim Sommerville (Diane); and her sisters-in-law, Joan Estes, Shirley Ennis, Wenatchee and Orondo.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation or Hospice of North Idaho.
