He is survived by: his children, Pam Osler (Greg), Mike Bushfield (Marti), Kit Holder (Mike), Terrence Bushfield and Tim Bushfield (Kathy); his grandchildren, Lisa Stacy (Don), Shannon (Ryan), Malmin, Brett (Cotti), Sarah Bushfield, Jim (Jenny), Jennifer (Chip), Spall, Bart Holder, April Holder, Gina (Kyle), McManus, Andrew Bushfield, Kaitlyn Bushfield and Hayden Bushfield; and his great great grandchild Aspen Stacy. He is also survived by his children, their friends.
