He is survived by: his wife Janice Melberg; his brother Marvin Melberg; his sister-in-law Jerelyn Melberg; his sister Eva Scott; his daughter Kristi Sampica; and his grandchildren, Alexandra, Stephen, Kayden, Abigail and Isabelle. He is also survived by four great- grandchildren.
